Just spotted an article from the LIFE and it's about 30 stupid or useless inventions made in the past 50 years or so. Looks like the inventors are trying hard to be smart or they just designed it for fun?
By the way, the Hubbard Electrometer, 1968 reminds me of Roald Dahl's short story 'The Sound Machine'. Ridiculously hilarious.

Haha! I especially liked the curved barrel machine gun, rainy day cigarette holder and the dog restrainer! Interesting how all these products were made before 1970, I wonder what kind of stupid/useless products came out after then...
